ADR Programme
Afgem currently runs a level III ADR programme sponsored by the Bank of New York, which was implemented in 2002 with the CUSIP code 008283103. The ADR programme allows US investors to hold a beneficial interest in Afgem by way of a US based security, thereby encouraging investment in Afgem from the US.
